OLIVER'S MARKET CO. 

CONTRACT FORM 

2024

Please read carefully.  Discount codes for members are below. Please fill out and sign below.
 

  1. By signing this agreement, you, the vendor, are bound to all Oliver’s Market rules. 

  2. If you are an entertainment vendor, please purchase a vendor ticket (free) for our records. Thank you!

  3. This market is open to all homeschooling families in the community. Students and homeschool families alike may host a for-profit booth. This educational enrichment experience is to share and sell handmade items from and with our local community.

  4. There is a $30 fee per student or adult who wishes to sell their handmade items in the market. Current Living Love Collective (LLC) members have a membership discount as a thank-you for making this market possible.

  5. All current Living Love Collective (LLC) members will receive a 50% discount on their booth order. Please use the discount code "OM50!" if you wish to receive the discount.

  6. If you are a current member of LLC and have a large family purchasing four or more booths for your students participating in the market, you may receive a 70% discount by using the code "OM70!" at checkout on our Oliver's Market website.

  7. We are thankful for those who would graciously donate their time to support Living Love Collective's 2024-2025 school year. There is no fee to host a Living Love Community Booth. We ask that you submit this vendor form and purchase a (free) ticket to help us log this information for our records. These booths are the Oliver’s Market Merchandise, Bake Sale, and Drink stand booths.

  8. Please click on the seat or area you want to hold when purchasing your ticket. There are two choices: 4 ft. Market Booth (for all adults and students booths who wish to earn profit from their booth) and Living Love Collective Community Booth (for all families volunteering to support the 2024-2025 school year.     

  9. Set up starts at 9 a.m., please arrive on time.

  10. The Market starts at 10 a.m., so please be prepared to start on time.

  11. Tear Down is at 1 p.m.

  12. Please do not create products or decorate booths using copyrighted material, i.e., ideas from movies, games, or others. All market booths should be original products and designs, and no items should be distributed by multi-marketing companies.

  13. Please ensure your products do not contradict our Christ-centered values and beliefs as a ministry organization.

  14. All rental fees are final, as refunds cannot be issued if the party does not attend.

  15. Each vendor must provide their payment setup displayed on their table via Venmo, Paypal, Stripe, Square, etc.

  16. We provide 4ft space only. Each vendor must provide one 4ft table per booth, chairs, decorations, and displays.

  17. You are responsible for checking the updated seating chart the Friday before the event to see where to set up your table or area on Saturday morning. Your ticket number and last name will be displayed in the set-up area to guide you to your booth space.

  18. Food and drinks will only be permitted to sell if you are part of a Living Love Collective community booth. These booths are reserved to support the Living Love Collective's 2024-2025 school year.

  19. Booth Operation and Money collection: Please plan to bring cash to make change for cash-paying customers. Also, ensure you have an electronic payment system displayed on your table, such as Venmo, Paypal, Stripe, Square, etc. You can create a document with a QR code or list your payment address to display on your booth.

  20. Ticket Purchase and Business Proposal Form: Once you submit this form, you will be directed to livingloveco.com/oliversmarketco to purchase your ticket. After purchasing your ticket, all students participating in the market must complete the Student Business Proposal electronically by April 24, 2024.

  21. All Living Love Collective members (school members only) who complete the Student Business Proposal will be automatically entered into a $100 raffle.

22. Photography & Video Release

I do hereby give Live Love Collective and Oliver’s Market Co. and their filmmakers the right to film video and record audio of me in connection with a video project title above Project: Oliver's Market Co. Craft Fair.

I hereby grant the Filmmakers the right to use, edit, display, and distribute the footage as edited and incorporated into the Project throughout the world, in all forms of media in perpetuity for any lawful purpose. I also affirm that I will have no right to inspect or approve any versions of the Project, including the final version of the Project, and I also affirm that the filmmakers are under no obligation to actually include footage of me in the final version of the Project.

I hereby release the Filmmakers and all other persons/entities involved in the production from any and all claims and causes of action for any violation of any personal and proprietary right I may have in connection with the Project, including, without limitation, any claims or causes of action with respect to invasion of privacy, trespass, right to publicity, and defamation.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Filmmakers from any claim arising from any events that may occur or circumstances that arise in the making of the Project, audio or video recordings, or photographs.

I, the undersigned, am at least 18 years of age or I am the parent or guardian of a student who is less than 18 years of age. I have read this Audio or Video Recordings and Photograph Authorization, Release, and Indemnification and understand all its terms. I acknowledge that I agree to the foregoing without a receipt, demand, expectation, or legal right to any compensation.
